We've been focussing on subtraction this week.
- taking away a single-digit number from any number between 5 and 20
- taking away a single-digit number from any number between 20 and 100
We've been using a number line, our fingers and some are even starting to partition (64-6, 64-4=60, 60-2=58)!
12 clicks later...the best photo taken today of our class was when the children did the thinking pose. Now that must mean something!
